Whether you're 4 years of age or 64, Tay Son Nhan - South Shaolin Kung Fu is designed to challenge your mind and body. The primary focus of this system is Self Defense. In these classes you will learn every aspect of Martial Arts: Concentration, Discipline, Self Awareness, Flexibility, Physical Fitness, Confidence, and Self Defense. Certified Black Belt Instructors, whose main concern is to offer top quality training to every student, teach all classes.

Tay Son Nhan - South Shaolin Kung Fu dates back to the Southern Shaolin Temples in China. It also offers a rich heritage of more than 100 years in Vietnam before Master Hong Nhan brought this system to the United States. Here in the U.S.A. Tay Son Nhan is quickly becoming renowned for its easy to learn and extremely effective techniques!

Muay Thai Kickboxing

Sifu Tony Jordan is also a Certified Judge Referee for the Texas Amateur Contact Karate Association. Sifu Jordan has the knowledge and skills to bring out the best in you. Whether you want to get ready to fight in the ring, or simply want fun, excitement, and exercise, Sifu Jordan will get you ready. Currently because there are no kick boxing tournaments being promoted in Texas, we are training students in Muay Thai skills. What this means to you is that you will receive not only the fitness you are looking for, but also very strong street-wise fighting skills!


Our school's daily routine is a total-body workout.


We begin each session with up to fifteen minutes of stretching, ensuring your muscles and joints are properly prepared to prevent injury. Next we'll take you through kicking, punching, and stance drills designed to get your heart rate going.


The forms of Tay Son Nhan contain the self-defense techniques of our system combined into an artful dance of martial arts strength. They are designed to build muscle memory and the fluidity that is key to Kung Fu.

Coming to class ensures a complete workout several times a week.


Sifu Tony Jordan commands the class with authority. The focus of martial arts is to discipline your mind and body; to refine them into a better-functioning whole.

Attention is paid constantly to teaching respect for yourself, your classmates, your Sifu, and all others.

Students of Tay Son Nhan learn that fighting is the last resort, and are disciplined to avoid it at all costs, and never to instigate.
